At Physical Embodiment Studio, we believe movement is a form of medicine—and your body is your greatest teacher. Our mission is to help you reconnect with yourself through intentional practices that support healing, strength, and presence.

Our library of videos is designed to develop the mind-body connection—the key to transforming movement into something meaningful, not just mechanical. Whether you’re on your mat for five minutes or fifty, every practice is a chance to deepen awareness, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.


We emphasize proper form and alignment to prevent injury and create a safe, supportive foundation for movement. But this isn’t just about the physical. You’ll also experience the somatic benefits of movement—such as reduced anxiety, improved emotional regulation, and the ability to feel more grounded and at home in your body.

Beginners

Each beginner-friendly video builds the mind-body connection while teaching proper exercise mechanics—including step-by-step tutorials on squats, deadlifts, and pushups. These practices help you move safely, build confidence, and create a strong foundation for long-term healing and strength.

I am Courtney Sprawls, a trauma-informed somatic personal trainer with over a decade of experience dedicated to helping you unlock the full potential of your body through exercise. My mission is to empower you to develop a deep understanding of your body mechanics and nurture intuitive instincts that guide you toward strength, resilience, and vitality. My goal is not only to prevent pain and injuries but also enhance posture, boost energy levels, and promote a stronger mind-body connection.
